Conditional Picks from Trade Deadline

Conditional draft picks are usually hard to figure out, especially since no one ever manages to find out what it is until later.

I searched around and found out the conditional picks at the deadline, so here is the list, I hope it’s right:

Columbus gets Colorado’s 1st round pick in 2008 if Colorado makes the playoffs, if not Columbus will get Colorado’s 1st round pick in 2009.

Columbus gets Colorado’s 4th round pick in 2009 if they re-sign Adam Foote.

NY Rangers get Phoenix’s 5th round pick in 2009 if the Rangers do not re-sign David LeNeveu AND Al Montoya plays 15 games for the Coyotes.

Tampa Bay gets Philadelphia’s 2nd round pick in 2009 if the Flyers qualify for the Eastern Conference Finals, if not it’s Philadelphia’s 3rd round pick in 2009.

In addition, Montreal received Anaheim’s 2nd round pick in 2009 from Washington for Cristobal Huet. That pick was previously acquired when they traded Brian Sutherby to Anaheim.
